Just got half my usual LP for a won game.
Title. Everyone on the enemy team was connected, there wasn't any lag problems, and the tiers all seemed to be as usual. But for some reason I only got 11 lp for a win as opposed to my usual 22-24lp? Why?

The lp you get after the game doesn't only depend on your MMR, but other peoples MMR can make it change. If you are agaisnt a team with a high mmr, you will get more LP, but if they are on a lower level than you, you get less.
