Also by looking at the builds, Leona had a very good amount of gold for a support.

I'm not surprised. A number of supports including Leona aren't that bad at 1v1. I've 1v1ed people as Lulu, Nami, and Janna, and I've seen many people 1v1 as Leona, Braum, Naut, Annie, and Sona and win.

It really depends on how ahead they are and their build. A fed Sona hits as hard as a fed Annie (ulty + a few spells and you're dead), Braum, Naut, and Leona tank and cc you to death.

Well I suppose so. But, to be fair, she did do damage - the second most damage on my team to be precise...But then again, Leona did more damage than the other 3 members of my team soooooo. Relative really.

Sorcs, D ring, Liadnries, Raba, Void Staff. Leona had Ruby Sightstone, Visage, Face of the Mountain, Mobis, Sunfire and Crystalline Bracer.... Yeah I dunno how it happened, was too busy face palming as I watched the rest of my team die. I think I ran into a bonafide impossible to carry game.

I'm not that suprized if Leo had a Bracer and sunfire thats a lot of damage, visage she is taking not alot of dmg /stunlock and kill the low hp mage the mistake lissandra probably made was not just running away.

That's actually not a small gold differential by the looks of it.

And Leo naturally hits like a truck. She also has higher burst than Liss with more CC and durability (Though significantly less DPS and mobility). I can defiantly see Leo coming out ahead in this. Especially since Only Liss only has the 300 health from torment to bulk her up. Lissandra really doesn't lend herself too well to glass cannon builds.

Be thankful Leona built full tank and not Bruiser. Full build AD bruiser Leona is capable of going against even Jax. (Sadly, she doesn't have the early game or mid game strength to achieve this.)

she probably burst the poor Lyssandra down with double shield damage from Face's active and Leona's ability

the 2.5 seconds of stun would easily give time for it along with Leona's insane burst damage
