Can we get some transparency over how matchmaking works?

Pretty sure that whenever you are on a winning streak, Riot suddenly decides to match you with people on a lose streak to even out.

Pretty sure that they have a stat about player tolerence, and hardcore gamers are matched with more feeders, trolls and salty players because they can tolerate it. Whenever i take a break from the game for a while and come back to the game, i'm matched with really good teams for a while, until i get addicted to the game, play 10+ games a day and then i start getting matched with more and more trolls and feeders.

Also the closer you are to a "Division5" ex silver5 or gold5, it becomes even more retarded as you are matched with booster/lucky players that got placed in a division higher then they deserve, but they are safe from dropping because of the soft division cap.
