Cause let me tell you, if you aren't playing an ADC that isn't good with this item, you have to work much harder than they do for their dubs.

Crit Cait is still strong, but you are essentially right. I'm wondering if they're waiting for the tank items to come before they decide to nerf it to see how the item interacts with the new tank builds.

Probably. The tank item changes are an indirect nerf for BORK. They have less health (so less on hit damage) and more armor (again, less on hit damage). So we should really wait how this effects the item before asking for more nerfs.

7.9 also contains a direct nerf for BotRK in a gold increase by 100 gold - and a further indirect nerf by reducing IE and ER to 3400 gold, which means all three items now have the same cost.
