Why is All-Star 1 v 1 mode not available on client?

This looks to be a no-brainer Riot. Add the 1v1 mode used at all-star to the client. There should be a random que mode and a duo mode where you fight the person you que up with.

You could even run tournaments where the winner gets a summoner icon reward, some orange essence, or whatever. Let us play the same 1v1 mode please!
