With this new 45% cdr mastery, his E is literally on a 4 second or less Cooldown. It's actually stupid that he can go completely invulnerable and wave a giant middle finger fuck you to your team while he dashes and dodges everything. Please make it unaffected by CDR so he can actually be CC'd, ty.
