Wouldn't that all depend on itemization, who has more farm, your positioning, skill level.

He can't solo an ADC at full glass cannon build, unless they walk into his ult. But it doesn't matter, because he can't solo an ADC even at mid game, unless they step into his ult.

I'm not going to walk into fizz ult, what's the difference? He's in a really good spot right now, i have no clue why you're complaining. You also probably don't have enough games to fully understand his mechanics, and powerspikes.

He has no power spikes. His damage is low all around, unless he's KSing or playing against drooling retards. At 6 item, his full combo cannot kill a carry. With that same build, any other assassin or burst caster in the game can 100 to 0 Ekko in 1-2 seconds.

Fizz's ult is unavoidable from close range.

What the hell are you building? 6 boots? If he hits his ult (and only his ult) on a carry and he's 6 item, then the carry is 2-3 autos (at most) away from dead.

Why did you walk into his image? Are you bad? It takes him 4 seconds to set up his ult. You can kill him in 2 seconds. If you force him to press R at 2 seconds, his ult didn't hit you.

And as for killing a carry, you said his full combo. His full combo includes hitting his ult (as odd as that may seem).

If you ignite him, the heal is negligible, so it only gets him out. He's still at low health. Hitting his ult relies on your opponent having downs syndrome. That's not okay. You shouldn't have to assume your enemy is mentally handicapped when balancing champions.

In the case of something like Annie, you will die through her combo + ignite even after ulting out.

Any burst caster can do it. Annie is an example.

If Ekko's reflexes are half decent, he can dodge the burst of most mages (Annie is an exception to that unless he's also good at predicting).

So name one other burst caster that can do that before he ults.

He just came out, and all champs who come out have balance issues. Riot has said they prefer to have champs be a bit over-powered on release and then bring them down once people get use to them. He needs some fine tuning but this happens every new release.

I haven't yet played him, and i forgot the game i did play against him but he seems fine for an assassin. But do we need another semi-resurrection skill?

Once an ADC gets some good lifesteal, it's hard for anyone to 1v1 them.

Ekko is fine where he is at I'm not sure why people are compl about him . Well if he gets fed he beats asss that's not saying much if any champ gets fed they beat asss. I mean I main rengar jungle you don't see people compl about him I get fed like a good 80% of my matches . that doesn't mean I win all the games. But ekko is fine where he is at
