I mean I guess I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure at least in my Region at 450 RP no one is buying Emotes individually. That is way to expensive. I think I have seen 4 chromas since they came out (3 were after the IP sale mind you). It is just too expensive. I am not complaining at Riot for charging money for them; it is perfectly valid since the main game experience is free. However unless I see 1 Emote I reaaally, really want I doubt I would ever invest money on them. Besides Riot is already giving away the "thumbs up" Emote for free, that is all I need to tilt the enemy player while Teemoing

Too expensive, plus people are able to mute the emotes. It's not worth.

My guess is Riot will rethink their strategy after they see how little people buy them, just like they did for chromas

Even the emote bundle is expensive. I'm not investing 10 euros for a set of emotes I don´t want. They´re fun, but not at a cost this high. 350 RP for one, is too much. Especially when you know they´re 22% off..

Yea I mean... I already mute players that spam their mastery so I'm really not complaining about emotes by themselves. I however not see myself spending more than between 150 and 250 RP, depending how much I like an emote

For what they are, they're really expensive. These would make a good IP/Blue Essence sink, but I'm not paying $4.00 for a cartoony drawing that probably took 15 minutes to create.

I agree that the price sounds high at first. Emotes do have one advantage over skins though; you can use emotes with all your champions, skin only with the champions you bought it for. Well, this might sound bigger bonus to an ARAM only player like me, who don't get to choose their champion. For Rift/Treeline players this isn't really much of an advantage.
