Adjusting Supports to work alone. ( No toxicity, ideals. )
Many of the "Meant to be supports" (
,
as a secondary role,
, etc.) are more often than not seen in other places besides botlane with an adc.
This isn't bad, but it should be adjusted so that an extremely supportive can still lane just as well as a new support.
I'm mainly looking at Janna
, Alistar
, and Braum
for self laning buffs,
Pyke
, Rakan
and Sona
adjusts,
and Zilean
and
self-laning nerfs.
Now, I'm afraid if you haven't already that you down voted this because you have a reasonable opinion. So if you're already offended, #I suggest you leave now.
I'm doing Janna first at the moment but I'll do the others later.
#Janna: I've played Janna at toplane for a long time, so I can tell you right now; she's actually quite a strong laner. However, her clear in a lane is quite fast and she can freeze lane progression for a long time.
So this a direct adjust to her Q and Passive for some aggression, but not lane dominance:
Passive: (Old) Janna's basic attacks and Zephyr deal bonus on-hit magic damage equal to 25 / 35% (based on level) of her bonus Movement speed. (New) Janna's basic attacks and Zephyr deal bonus on-hit magic damage equal to 40% of her bonus Movement speed.
Q: Mana cost: 60/80/100/120/140 -> 100 at all ranks.
Maximum magic damage (Fully charged Q damage): 105 / 145 / 185 / 225 / 265 (+ 65% AP) -> 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 / 210 (+ 80% AP) Minimum damage ratio unaffected. Deals half damage to minions.
