Remove Yasuo double crit passive

Press Q Win··4 votes·2,047 views

Now that's it's on IE, why does Yasuo get 4x crit and basically lose nothing while ADC suffer from the crit nerf ?

For those not aware, Yasuo passive and IE passive mutiply the crit he get.. so instead of 2x like he should , he receive 4x his crit chance. Meaning he get PD and IE and boom 100% crit. But now since they all take conqueror , they end with 32% true damage against champion. Yasuo crit passive need either to go, or be reworked.

Yasuo literally does not gain anything from the IE change, except even more redundant armor pen, at the loss of even more damage.

He lost the 100% crit before finishing IE, he doesn't get any more crit...he just sucks with the changes.

he just suck? Lol more true damage is not being bad or having a fair champion more. It just make Yasuo more frustrating

It doesn't do much for him because he already has up to an effective 70% armor penetration from Conquerer and his ult. Changing 70% penetration to 90% penetration (It's actually closer to 80% penetration at the end, because the bonus armor pen is separate from the true damage conversion, and I don't know if Conquerer and IE stack additively or multiplicitvely) is far worse than losing a 25% of your damage on autos.

ehh, its 50% bonus armor pen on crits, and 32% true damage with I.e and conq (multiplicative rather than additive).

it is not bonus tue damage but it converts it into true damage. Since Yasuo is already penetrating 50% with his ult the changes actually reduced his damage by denying him the bonus damage IE gave him before

Yasuo got 100% crit from PD and IE before. In fact, the only thing that this change did was make it so that, with double Zeal and IE, ADCs now have 100% crit, but before then they only have 60%, weakening their midgame while strengthening their late game.

Because, on a conservative estimate, 75% of riot (they don't deserve the capitalization) employees have their heads up their asses with no idea what's going on with balance or gameplay. Their balance team is non-existent.

I don't know what needs to be done to nerf Yasuo, but something does. I only play norms, but I literally just had a 5 game run either with him or against him. Regardless of which side, whoever had Yasuo won. I saw him play mid, top, JG and Bot successfully. I don't play him, but I have a pretty good sample size of evidence that says he's wayyyyy too strong right now. I ban him now, every game, unless someone on my team wants him of course LOL.

And another thing...If RIOT is making it perfectly acceptable for champs like Yasuo to mid, then they need to just stop whining about pro's not playing the meta the right way. Just let people do what they want and leave it be. Or else bring some sense back to laneing.

The 2x crit passive hurts yas more than it helps. IE gives 0 crit on its own, and he needs it. So now he gets 4x crit, which skyrockets him above 100%. It also forces him to build crit else he loses power as a champion. AND he loses 10% crit damage without the 50% bonus from IE to fix it again.
