No ability should deny every ranged ability, without limit of block and block spell in the mili second before they hit. For everyone. Idc about Yasuo , but Windwall need to go.

just lower its duration to 0.5/1 sec

i'm fine if yasuo have good reaction times and blocks my damage with his W

i'm not fine if he gets rewarded for panic clicking,using it in the wrong direction,dashing on me with his E and throwing his W on my face so for the next 4 sec i can't hit him (no reactions,no good play,he literally got rewarded for pressing W before engaging),or having him sit inside it and being literally untargettable for some champions

I have a few problems with windwall myself. Sure, the ability can be played around, but honestly this ability is too strong for being a basic ability.

First off, the ability grows in width to the point that it can block an entire MissFortune ult and lasts .75 more seconds than MissFortune's ult. That is pretty ridiculous considering that is an ULT vs. a BASIC ability. For people that say bait the wind wall, I have heard it before.

Secondly, the ability moves over 50 units during that timeframe. This part isn't strong, just a feature about it.

Thirdly, the blocking part starts even before the ability is full formed and can grant sight to Yasuo and his team.

I just feel that the wall should be reworked or nerfed. Either nerf the duration of the damn wall, the width, both, or add a new feature of a damage threshold that destroys the wall after X amount of damage that scales per level of the ability instead of allowing the wall to get bigger.

Also, this ability IS a problem. It is blocking most ranged abilities for 3.75 seconds. 3.75 seconds now-a-days is overkill considering that if your melee diver goes in, windwall get popped, your melee teammate is probably dead because they don't have the covering fire from the ranged characters because 1 second into the engage they get popped now it is a 4v5. (There are some ranged characters who have ways of getting around the windwall). Another thing, for the characters that don't move extremely fast or have dashes, this wall is hard to play around because of how big the wall can get.)

Make it function like Braums shield Tank one projectile fully and the rest still go through with reduced damage

So much powerful utility comes from being able to delete a mages rotation or effectively make them useless when fighting in favorable areas, and it's FUCKING YASUO, MR Doublecrit, Doublepassive, Doublefuckyourface

Someone complaining about Yasuo's Windwall again... Nice! Have you ever tried to not use every single ability you have on the windwall when he uses it ? I've seen many people just throwing every skill they have without even moving...

For how linear and basic his kit is, he deserves to keep Wind Wall, without it, Yasuo cannot operate, and he had Wind Wall since release, he only ever got overpowered twice and it never was because of Wind Wall.

#The first time

SEASON 6 Warlords Bloodlust keystone which gave healing that also got doubled upon critical strike.

#The Second Time

After Mage update, ArKaDaTa made the frozen force build which had him abusing Trinity force critical chance.

That is IT. This ability that can block most projectiles in the game has never ever made him broken neither was it ever the reason for his pick even in professional team oriented matches.

Never gonna happen. It's fun, it's fair, it's balanced. Stop trying to attack him through his wind wall, and actually try to learn how to counter him instead of making unreasonable demands on the boards.

The main issue i see is it blocking so many different things that arent even projectiles, especially so many ults all because of coding limitations. I think it should just be an aoe rectangular skillshot that inflicts a blind on enemies for x attacks based on distance with the duration and cooldown scaling with rank. It's not ideal but it's a much healthier option than the giant spirit ram blocking abomination that we currently have.

As someone whos survived the hell of mid'ing Velkoz against yasuo, please yes. Windwall literally cancels 75%of velkoz's kit for more time than it takes yasuo to kill you. Its straight up not fair or balanced in any regard And by my count windwall blocks 10%ish of the summoner spells in the game

windwall is a very necessary part of his kit so removing it would kill him off as a champion, which in no way will be good for the game no matter what you think

Yasuo's windwall has 25 sec cd some ults have less cooldown and meanwhile mages can spam 3 spells that have 2-6 seconds of cd the things balance out pretty good the windwall is up for 4 seconds and u can easily play around it + yasuo is still a melee champ and can be shut down with ease. Ppl are shitting on yasuo and other "broken champs" because they lack the skill to beat them and they gotta blame it to something else.
