I have never said ahri was balnaced, I was talking about her skins did u not read? Plus I even made threads about her being broken so why are u telling me that Ahri is broken when I already know ever since patch 4.12? Its because her kit is more FUN, they dgaf about her waifuism or love for her on riven, if ahri gets to like lets say 44% winrate, for the type of kit she has now, no one would find her fun if they cant kill ANYTHING with her.

Look at her patch history. Christ, man... you really are this ignorant? And Viktor is far from being gutted. He's still strong, he just received a nerf on his E because it was super-gold efficient(the upgraded version of it one-shotted minions).
