My Skill order has been R>E>Q>W (I use this for the most burst possible imo since W is a DoT scaling with AD) A lot of people I play against really don't expect the amount of burst the Dragon Form E deals.

Runes (Honestly I've been abusing Dark Harvest since it's really strong right now. Runes will most likely change if DH gets gutted/reverted.) Dark Harvest, Sudden Impact, (yes, only works when you ult, but hey, free pen.), Eyeball Collection, Ravenous Hunter, Absolute Focus, Gathering Storm

Sub Runes CDR, Adaptive Damage, HP (can possibly swap the last two around, but keep the CDR to spam E more while in Dragon Form)

I recommend trying this if you want to play in a new way. I find this really fun to play and funny as hell when the enemy team is like "WTF was that?!" [sg-ahri-1]
