Ahri is good again! <3

Thank you balance team for this. I've been missing her damage amp on her charm forever since you removed it and placed it on Fizz' ult. She feels so much better to play like she used to, maybe even better than before. Her initial rework felt strong, then fell off when nerfed, but still didn't feel very rewarding for landing charm. Now it does again. She was my first Mastery 7 champion. I'm glad to have her back. [sg-ahri-2]
