Riot, your feeder detection system doesn't work

There's a reason flamers get banned and intentional feeders don't. Riot simply doesn't care, and they go unpunished.

Since naming and shaming can't be tolerated here and have already landed me a warning. Please look at what I dug up on Reddit:
