Does Maokai need a rework, buffs, or what?
After seeing a small amount of play in LCS over the past few years, Riot slowly starts to gut him (because apparently tanks are toxic whenever they start to do well). Now, after being watered down with numerous nerfs, he's just not that good anymore. His damage reduction isn't that great, and it puts your carries in a very dangerous spot if they want to get the damage reduction. Let's be honest, no adc wants to be on the frontline. His damage and cc are mediocre at best. I can think of a dozen other tanks that can do his job better. If Maokai's kit is "toxic" to play against (I don't know if it is, I'll let Riot decide that) then by all means rework him. If not, he should get a few small buffs.
