I wouldn't call it a buff just yet. She gained a new resource and mechanic that I am assuming are meant to make her more healthy and therefore easier to nerf without breaking. So this will probably put her in a better spot so she can receive nerfs or buffs in the future.

It's not a buff. Basically, her passive can only stack up to one now (down from 3), and her ult loses the increased damage for the enemy's missing health. Instead, each time she hits someone with her passive she gains edge (up to 100, loses it all after 10 seconds), and her ult gets more damage based on how much edge she has.

It's less damage in It's less sustained damage from the passive in most situations and significantly limited trading potential in lane. The ult won't have more damage until people have already been heavily damaged in fights when the execute function would have allowed for near-equivalent damage. For any immediate use scenario it is worse. It's a nerf.

Citing people on the boards being wrong about balance changes isn't hard. I can do it too. Doesn't mean shit about this change though. Make a real argument.
