Fiddlesticks has needed his passive reworked more than anything else.

Yes his kit has issues. It's only and clunky and doesn't synergize well with jungle items. But I think more than anything, his passive is just pathetic. It doesn't scale, it's basically a shell of Amumu's passive, and it's so simple and ineffective.

Fiddlesticks: Abilities lower enemy MR by 10 for 2.5 seconds. Amumu: Attacks lower enemy MR by 15/20/25 for 3 seconds.

I just have trouble feeling like Fiddle's passive even exists.
