Are mana pots making a come back? and a few other suggestions.
With mana regeneration being removed in core items, will mana pots be returning? Also will meditation have a slight buff to help with the lack of mana regeneration? like 1.5% missing mana to 2.0%. Meditation will be core to a lot of mages now and they will heavily rely on it even more so to fill in that void. This will also be a rise in mana regen runes, but at a cost of replacing the important and standard runes which gives mages another handicap. This leads me to think if mana regeneration runes will have a buff as well. This really feels like it'll hurt mages as a whole, but we have yet to see how they perform with the new items even though they are currently struggling a bit in midlane.
Onto the topic which is
and it's connection to items it build into.
Reverting the changes will be the best way to go around in fixing it with minor adjustments.
Returning the 30ap and removing the cdr will fix
and
where they belong.
provides almost the same stats and more utility than
which is why its favored. Both have mana, same cdr, and similar armor.
provides a aoe slow to movement that can be applied from a distance while
has to be close to the enemy to apply a slow in attack speed. I suggest reducing either the duration of the slow or how effective the slow it is. Bring the cdr back down to 10% cdr will help
as the main defense option with
going back to its utility option.
just performs a lot better than
in almost all situations, provides the same cdr and has a better passive with a larger mana poll to top it off, at a cost of 25 armor difference.
As for
, it should go back to how it was because it was never a adc item and it will never be one. Even with its changes no one touches it or even looks at it. There are items that provide adcs with WAY more slot efficiency than
will ever provide for adcs. This was a fight/bruiser item from the beginning and should remain this way. Its previous stats should be restored.
As for
, leave it alone as it's perfect as is and how it performs.
Next topic, surrendering and not voting. People who do not vote, should not count. If it's a 3/1 and they don't vote, it fails. I'm still don't enjoy the whole 3/2 = no surrender, at least this helps with having some success in surrenders.
TL:DR -This is a good time for mana pots to come back -Sheen and spell blade items should be reverted -People who don't vote for surrender shouldn't count.
On a side note, Zephyr should come back as it was a good item in itself was wasn't needed to be removed or changed since it performed perfectly well without over or under performing.
Also
I honestly want its season 5 version back. It had 50 armor, 120 ap, and the cost was 3000. Now it provides less stats at a higher cost (100ap, 45armor, cost 3,500). We know you mean well with the changes to it, but it is becoming less of a viable items as a whole. If you could change the ap back to 120 and the armor to 50, but increase the price back to 3500g would be perfectly fine with me. Also don't touch its cooldown.
What are your guys thoughts on this?
