The funny thing about Soraka...
...Mid Lane Soraka was more healthy than ANY iteration of Support Soraka that has existed since. The fact that you can go Full Tank Soraka and still do reasonable amounts of healing is actually a joke. Builds like this are why Riot has openly said in the past that they resent the very existence of Soraka. If you build ZERO AP on Soraka you should be healing for exactly ZERO.
