Is it me or does Draven seemingly win every fight bot lane?

I haven't been able to trade with this guy and come out on the winning end for weeks now.

Draven has the highest damage of any ADC so naturally you can evenly trade with him. Never have. You have to outpoke or rely on a superior support/jungle gank

It really depends on support and timings. In general 1v1 Draven should win almost every teamfight bot lane unless he is very behind. Its due to very high damage and sustan from just auto attacking. If on the other hand enemy leona chain stuns him while adc is applying moderate amount of damage he can lose.
