if anything he needed nerfs, not buffs, and if he did need buffs his E should have been the last ability to receive the buffs because its the best basic ability in the game by a landslide and arguably better than most ultimates.

I just stand in the middle without touching the walls as a ranged champ and laugh.
Ok lets say he did need a buff. What else would they have buffed? If they buffed his damage people would of been in a up rage because you know (theres to much damage in the game) So instead they buffed a cooldown that does not inherently give damage. Base basic ability in game is actually windwall. Lets complete block all projectiles even ultis from coming at me for 4 seconds and completely fuck over an ADC entire kit because why fucking not.
