Why Doesn't Corki's Ult Scale With CDR?
Yeah I know that it's an ammo system but that doesn't keep Teemo's ult from scaling with CDR.
Considering that there are so much items that would be good if his ult scaled with CDR like the reworked Triforce or Essence Reaver this would work much better than just buffing him elsewhere.
In my opinion Corki's biggest problem is itemization and not AD ratios or something. He doesn't have a tank build like Yasuo or a Pen Build like GP to fall back on right now, the two being the other champions who had to find a new build after Triforce got reworked.
