What if the Inspiration set bonus gave you 5% movement speed?

Currently, it basically copies the set bonus of your other tree choice. So for example if you take Precision, you just get the Precision set bonus ( which is 9% attack speed ) times 2, same with any other tree taken in conjunction with Inspiration.

But then I thought, what if it had its own unique set bonus like all the other trees, maybe 5% movement speed? So for example, Inspiration + Precision would give you 5% movement speed and 9% attack speed, Inspiration + Sorcery would give you 5% movement speed and 6 AD or 10 AP adaptive and so on and so fourth.

Why change this? Well here are some reasons:

1. Currently, Inspiration as the main tree isn't taken all that often besides on champions who have super good synergies with Kleptomancy, notably Ezreal. Changing the set bonus might make it more attractive for other champs again if they can make a lot of use of that movement speed.

2. The Inspiration tree is supposed to be that one tree that gives you a lot of utility whereas the other trees give you more direct combat stats, giving it movement speed as a set bonus might be a good way to emphasize that.

3. Adding a whole new stat that you can get from rune set bonuses opens up a huge range of new combination possibilities and I think that's kind of the whole fun of making your own rune page.

4. Currently, taking Inspiration as your primary tree is kind of frustrating because your secondary runes will determine all of the stat bonuses you get from your runes and I kinda think it should be the other way around - after all, your primary tree is where the focus of your rune page lies.
