Changing critical strike from a random chance into a stacking system.

I think the big problem with tanks is that they're getting too much damage.

You can't just treat the whole year like it's the preseason - you need to take more time to balance.

Why are there so few AP bruisers? So champs who build some damage items then go tank.

What if the Inspiration set bonus gave you 5% movement speed?

Attack speed items should show you how much attacks per second they actually give you.
