Valkyrie isn't skillshot and last time I checked neither is phosphorous bomb, considering the huge radius it has.

No, it doesn't make every ability a skillshot. A skillshot is an ability that's able to miss. They include things like Nidalee javelin toss, Jayce shock blast, most of Ezreal's abilities (except arcane shift), etc.

No he actually can't miss. It doesn't always hit an enemy champ, but that doesn't mean it missed. I mean, do I really have to spell this out for you? It's a TARGETED ABILITY. Corki selects a location and that's where it goes.

has more mana problems over most of any other ADCs. Also you see him mid lane because he was basically nerfed and changed out of bot lane so that is the lane he basically has to go. Though I do generally still play him bot lane rather then mid but I only play him when we had an AD mid and we need some magic damage.
