All im asking for is to nerf his movement speed from Q a bit lower the base armor from 78.5 to 70.5 and lower his regen after lvl 16 and dont even bother to mention the win rate %%%% We all ban him.. lets be honest here ...

he really is pretty much unkillable after level 9. The regen he has is almost like a permanent Mundo ult.
This wouldn't be bad if he didn't have so much damage.

At level 11 his passive gets buffed to level two, and his regen actually becomes something formidable (about 20 hp per seconds after 6 seconds out of combat). But that's not level 9, now is it.

However, once he does hit 11, Garen becomes ridiculous hard to kill because the items make his regen AT LEAST 50 per second if he isn't taking champion damage. That's not even taking into account the extra armor and mr he gets from his W passive.

trash sion1 votesThe argument against it is that unless he snowballs, he won't have 2 items by level 11 along with boots. If he skips boots for two items, then he can't catch you. If he skips cleaver for warmog/visage, then he won't do any damage if you're a tank. He's only a problem if you're a squishy melee, in which cased you asked for it because he's a counterpick in some situations like, oh, any champion.

Who picks Garen to kill tanks? No one. His job is too charge the backline and kill a carry, which his ult lets him do without any damage items. Once a carry is down, good luck killing him. That is why the OP called him cancer.

because slows are literally everywhere. if you dont have 1 or 2 slows in your kit, you can itemize into them on any champion. some items and champions even bring permaslows.
and garen doesnt have the pentakill potential of darius, which means hes not as devastating even if he gets into your team. so he gets to be a little bit faster overall.
plus, he doesnt have a hook or slow to stick either.

Ralanr2 votesGaren kinda shits on people who have no escapes and can't out trade him. If two juggernauts come into lane and one is Garen, then Garen will thrive if he gets an early lead.
He's pretty easy to play around early though. You can mess up his Q pathing pretty easily and if you respect the damage of his E then you'll know to avoid it whenever.
The only thing that you can't really avoid is his ult. True damage or no, it is going to kill you when you get low enough. The trick is to not get that low when dueling Garen (unless his ult is on cooldown or you're Olaf).
His silence is a bitch if you play ability reliant champions. But most auto attack based ones won't be worried.
