Rendarkan1 votesBefore this Villan thing and when DFG was out you would build a DFG on him, do 50% of thier hp in damage, then hit em with DFG for 15% hp damage plus a magic damage amp then Ult them for an easy kill since his ult did magic damage based on the hp missing and DFG effect amped it by 20% i think.

However, it now has a very expensive cost, its buildpath is not very good, and you have to actually stack it. The stats that it offers are also terrible when compared to the overall price.
kDrakari2 votesI did it for the memes. I actually think this is a great change, since the double-hit passive is no longer chained to smite. I think Rageblade will still be a very strong item, but only on a smaller number of champions rather than core on everyone who likes attacking fast. Removing the AoE damage and healing also helps narrow its application from "everything" to just being part of a strong core for on-hit builds.
I just think it sounds pretty absurd when you look at it a certain way. If I were to give it fuller context it's more like "Taking a hated combo and combining them, while simultaneously removing all the worst parts of both."

I can still win and carry games but he just isnt AS good. But with this, you dont have to worry about cc because all the cc tanks are dead. Hurray for balance!

Even against squishies man, his ult is gonna be dealing around the same damage. 3% of 2000 health is 60 damage, same as devourer. Only thing he loses out on is double proces autos.

Pretty much. Devourer wasn't even that great on him simply because his ult couldn't use the double procs. This will make him much more painful to deal with.
