You missed

RIp healing supports because they can't really peel assassins off their ADCs and self.
- Mini note: At least for team fights because its hard as fuck to save yourself and an 'ADC' at the same time when everyone wants you cause you're sexy and you know it.

REALLY? I haven't had any such problems. But I really don't care Either way. Building Lethality doesn't give you the same early game pressure it use to have, but frankly, there's still reason to build it if you synergize, and that's fine.
Fighter Build Rengar is nothing new. I would do that build even before the rework. (Though I usually used Warrior, and Lucidity Boots for CDR instead of BC)
I don't recall any major changes to Vayne, except for the stealth rework. She's always this strong and people only now notice?
I'm pretty sure that's intentional. Defensive option does not always mean tank option. And it's a strong option for many fighter types. (namely Divers)
