Why isn't Panth on top of the list for champs that need a rework?

Why are you reworking warwick for being boring, simple and lacking counterplay when panth has all these issues except he's also incredibly frustrating to play against.

WW is basically a walking ult, and basically a joke pick in higher elos. How pantheon is at all similar is beyond me. His kit is fine.

Because there is no reason to pick WW. Pantheon can be played top, mid and jg and he does fine even vs meta champions. It's just that his kit is kind of boring with 2 point and click abilities.

And his entire combo is dependent on a targeted stun.

I do agree that WW is in far greater need though.

It's probably because pantheon falls off late game when people start stacking shit loads of armour and hp to mitigate his burst then he just becomes primarily a stun bot or the adc bee-line guy

I'm not sure either. Point and click lane bully. Strong ranged harass. Strong all in. Huge map presence. Mana issues are fixed with corrupting potion. Infuriating to lane against.
