Please nerf Malz into oblivion so he can't supp anymore
then maybe admit you fucked it all up, revert his rework in 3 years so I can maybe get to play the real Malz again

support malzahar is so fucking broken, i never saw a lane bully that strong and that safe
that being said, i miss old malzahar, repertoir justfucked up the rework just like garen rework that didn't change a single thing
new malzahar is so shit, they reduced the damage on Q, E and R and jammed it all into W so you either reck face or you vs someone like sivir who uses W once and you are left with no damage

Yes please. Malz mid became very frequent in my elo apparently and i don't see what the rework actually achieved? He is still absolutely uninteractive in lane. Spam his aids and voidlings all day long. He presses R and you are dead. To add some counterplay he got his passive. wat. I don'T see that this rework solved any problem with malz tbh?
Fuck Malzahar. The amount of counterplay needed against that champion is ridiculous.

not only is this post a misunderstanding of what makes malzahar a good support in this meta, but it is also very matchup dependant
it stops being good if you even think too hard about any of these champions
Malz support is my new love but have an upvote because I feel your frustrations and the post made me lol. I just had a game where I shat on so many enemies and every time I pushed W W R I just felt like this is kinda OP. Idk why I don't have the instincts of a yas main to be like "You're just bad"
Rather gut leesin so he can't be played jungle, he's been kept at the top of the chain for longer.
The reason Malzahar support is killing people and being a problem is because no one who mains bottom lane knows how he plays, what his kit does, or otherwise how to counter him. Given time, when players in Bottom lane begin learning how he works, you'll be able to counter and beat him easier. But right now, his only advantage is the lack of knowledge other players have.
I mean, his kit has always been decent for supporting. It's just that recently it became more optimized for supporting. If you have a point and click DoT, it's gonna be great for using all your spellthief's procs. You also have a point and click suppress. Those alone make him a decent support. Shifting the damage to the voidlings just made it better.
That was fast.
Please! I'd give up the ability to play any other champion again.
Was gonna ask what he'd be useful for if that was done, but i wasn't disappointed with the reasoning.
