Imagine how useless riven would be if she had cooldowns

i mean if u ever played riven you will know a riven depends heavily on cdr and if u ever beat a riven its likely down to the fact they dont have a max cap cdr build.. so yeah riven is useless if she has cooldowns

Give it a minute.... patch just went out and conq just got nerfed.
