I don't understand, I build full tank, I deal no damage and get blown up I build full AP, I deal no damage past level 12 and get blown up

I really need to understand, people dodge your snowball so easily, your R is cancelled by the slightliest CC, your E deal no damage and everyone can run away from it and escape the root.

I know he's supposed to be a vanguard, but why would I play Nunu over Ornn

Well for the last part Nunu is a jungler. Also Nunu has great neutral objective control.

Yeah sure, but this is not a PVE game either, especially during this season where you're nearly forced to fight others 24/7. Why doesn't he have any HP scaling (aside of his Q and R's shield) ? Especially that his AP scaling are quite shitty too
