Unpopular opinion: nocturne should have stayed in the dirt
his kit is absolute cancer.
If he reaches level 6, there is nothing any solo laner can do but just hug turret. Showing on the map means potential guaranteed death.
All the buffs he has received have been to remove counterplay. His fear duration got increased, he can now cast W and then press R and have it apply all the way through. His passive which is just an aut attack got buffed.
He's an unhealthy ass stat stick that I guess I have to permaban now.
Bonus points for when he gets edge of night and can nullify most champion's kits with the double shield.
