Pretty much gimped her in that patch.
To me, Kalista is like an Orianna or a Lee sin - if you don't see them at world's, you know Riot either buffed the fuck out of all their competitors, or nerfed the crap out of them.

Rengar has a large fanbase, so even while being massively hated, a lot enjoy him.
Same with Yasuo.
Same with Graves.
Same with Zed but most of the hate towards him is role bias (play a Bruiser as a main and you probably wont give a shit)
Meanwhile Kalista is just outright hated by almost everyone. The only Champ in the game that can even contend with having such a fucked up passive is Tryndamere.

However I'm one of the only ones that actually hates Azir's kit. Kalista manages to piss off all 5 of her opponents when she's good, and her Oathsworn whenever she's bad while also managing to stagnate competitive meta when viable there. She needs a partial rework to either give her more counterplay, or outright remove one of her strengths.

Actually Azir's insanely hated by a lot too, just, typically moreso in higher elo because he's jack-all useless in lower.
He's a harder version of what i can only describe as release Zyra in stupidity when he's viable.

Mistress Shyvana2 votesOn a real note. No she will not get buffed or un nerfed. Riot basically realized that they screwed up and made an inherently toxic champ. Because for the simple fact her kit(mainly her passive) is REDICULOUS. makes melees non existent and makes running away/chasing impossible. It's unhealthy and anti fun enough for Rito to nerf her down to garbage(still strong if she gets ahead though) so she's not 100% oppressive. She's basically gonna stay nerfed until a rework comes.
Tldr; She got the Yoric,Evelynn,kindred treatment.
