Team Yordle

So I have been talking to my friend about the concept of running only Yordles for a comp in a SR game and I think we got it down to what we want.

Top - AP Teemo Mid - AP Hiemdinger Jungle - AP/Assasin Amumu (There is no conformation but he is believed to be a Yordle) Bot - AD Tristana Support - Tank Poppy

So I have personally played as and seen the Poppy/Tris combo and I know for a fact is absolutely terrifying around level 4 (Yes, 4. not 6. I said 4) mostly because poppy is very good at protecting Tris and after sheen Poppy is impossible to kill under tower (unless you are a fool). I also see Amumu Jungle and it is not fun to play mid lane against. I know its good. Teemo top...well its AP Teemo top which is effectively a nightmare for anyone that thinks the Jungler is going to make plays anywhere except top because enemy Top lane will live under its tower. I know almost nothing about Hiem except that I hate trying to play against him as a non assassin jungler. So I ask for anyone to suggest better builds or comps than what we currently figured out. Have you made this work reliably?
