Can we remove Flex Queue and make it a secondary normal draft for groups?

Then make Normal Draft like Ranked where only 2 people AT MOST can queue together? I'm tired of running into friggin groups, and lately I've been running into them A LOT, and on top of that they're not crappy groups like you normally get, they may be slightly worse than average, but just enough to pub stomp a randomly made group. I'd argue there's enough 3-5 man premades a day to make their own queue at this point when you can have two games IN A ROW with nearly full premades, or at least 2 different groups in one team.
