with the new jungle item you have made characters like warwick, and udyr. ridiculously op. and you took out the only item we had to counteract the lifesteal ability, you have still left it on a Ap item. but have left top lane defenseless, against a Warwick's who run smite toplane.
to me this is a big balance issue, i dont feel its fair that all a warwick has to do late game is one use their ult, and who ever he is on dies.
Hardly anybody built executioner's calling when it existed, now that its gone everybody is losing their minds.
Riot's stance on Grievous Wounds is generally that it's bad for game health and they'd prefer to rework the champions that are balanced around it (Warwick, Mundo, Vlad, etc) at some point in the future, then remove it entirely. Don't count on new sources of Grievous Wounds to show up anytime soon.
It's not clear to me how something like Executioner's Calling would help AD tops facing a Warwick in lane, as the problem right now is his huge damage output during ult, rather than his ability to drain tank with Q.
Anyway, Warwick nerfs are incoming. Actually a bit surprised patch isn't here yet.
Ignite is the best option at the moment.
Executioner's calling was pretty lackluster though, you have to admit. I just wish they buffed it instead of removing it altogether.
That item was horrible and needed rework, but i agree, removing it and not giving us a better option feels like a dick move.
i agree that his ult is a the biggest problem but he isnt the only lifesteal problem i have seen with the new jungle item attached..... udyr, and aatrox are seeing a huge comeback b/c of this item coupled with their life steal .... and its on the edge if not already OP..... i am simply asking for an item that can be used to help the situation. since this game is really based around adapting to the situation at hand.
but at the same time yes i would be very happy with a nerf, but i think it would be easier to create an item than it would be to nerf all the champions that have the ability to abuse the current situation
