Help your jungler help you!

example: yesterday I had a bot lane that would not stop griping b/c they weren't getting ganks from me. They were mad b/c the enemy jungler had been bot 6 times and me only once.

First if they weren't dead they were pushed all the way to enemy turret. Second they had no vision. the fiddle support refused to buy sightstone or wards third they had no idea of enemy ward placements. so they were providing a perfect environment to be ganked but, but contributing not to receive ganks

ok so junglers cant jump across the map b/c you fucked up and are now getting ganked. we have a jungle and its a constant struggle to keep up in exp. junglers have to make a decision on the opportune moments to gank.

things we look for

  1. enemy placement ( are they over extended)
  2. health/mana of teammate
  3. health/mana of enemy
  4. enemy ward placements.
  5. how far behind or ahead you are... there are going to be times where if you are too far behind. a gank is going to just result in both of your deaths.

to sacrifice exp/gold to give a gank the jungler needs to feel that its worth. Either to try and get a kill or atleast push enemy out of lane.

in the case of the bot lane i mentioned earlier. they never were in a position for me to gank. They were constantly over extended. the fiddle wouldnt put down wards so had no idea about where the enemy wards were. They argued, that is why i have a sweeper.

NEWS FLASH* Its a waste for a jungler to use a sweeper on bot lane. that should be done by the support.

sweeper should be used agaisnt mid/top lanes which must buy wards usually one at a time, or more likely using trinket ward. using my sweeper bot lane, when the enemy support via sightstone can just plop another another one down is a waste.

what im trying to say is its not the junglers job to set up a gank. there are things YOU need to do as the laner to make it possible for a successful gank.

if you see your jungler coming to your lane.

  1. stop pushing the lane. allow the enemy to over extend themselves
  2. ping known ward locations.
  3. make sure that you have the health, mana, and cd's to capitolize on a gank.

if you cant capitolize on the gank ping the jungler off so they dont waste their time.

ANOTHER BIG NEWS FLASH*

every death you have is your fault. no one else's. if you die you made a mistake. you may not of had vision and got ganked, you may have been overextended, the enemy may have outplayed you, maybe you should of backed out of a fight instead of being greedy.

dont blame the jungler for your death. dont blame mid for feeding, when enemy mid wanders and nukes your ass. dont blame another lane for not pinging mia's. you got a mini map to genius.

even pro's will tell you your deaths are you own fualt

I hate when i play jungle, go to bush for a gank when the enemy is pushed under turret, then change my mind, so my teamate yells "OMG Y U NO GANK, FREE KILL"

Like, bitch plz, im a level 5 volibear. Do you think i can catch that level 7 ahri?

Big thumbs up.

First if they weren't dead they were pushed all the way to enemy turret.

Yep. I never understand why someone can push their lane to enemy turret and get mad that you didn't try to gank the full health enemy under their tower at level 5.

Actually harass the enemy champions, so it looks valuable to gank the lane. Who wants to gank a lane when the enemies have full health? No thank you, i'd rather farm the jungle. Thanks for asking though!

This post is just.... DAYUUUUUM! There is no better way to put this to people... I was ganking enemy malz one game and our ahri misses her q and e and for some reason its my fault cuz I didn't slow them long enough (b**** please I'm lvl 2 kha'zix who took e at 2 simpy to gank you). And pushing lanes- they don't have any concept of setting up for ganks and push till they give birth to a few respawn screens and end up blaming the jungler like wth am I supposed to do when u screwed up ur lane?

Very well put together post... Appreciate someone who knows how a jungler actually works

I have to disagree with the mid thing though. It REALLY sucks when you're Soraka and the enemy Zed is 3/0/0 5~10 min in with his Flash intact.

Too bad a lot of other laners are ignorant and won't listen to this glorious post.

good post, these are all reasons why i stopped trying to jungle.
