I've seen him quite a lot in competitive recently and he was doing incredibly well. Also had him in some of my games and the damage output was crazy, plus the fact 40 % cdr is quite strong on him and easy to get

Troiann5 votesHe's really strong, but if you want to nerf lucian you have to gut MF first.
Lucian is allowed to have some significant damage output because his range is absolutely worthless and he has no form of utility. He's raw damage with a small dash that can only be kept up by continually proccing his passive, which comes from auto attacking....in a very short range.
MF on the other hand sits half the map away and does 90% of your HP with three ticks of her ult.

Melee Form2 votesWhenever Lucian gets up to 50% win rate in solo queue he starts ending up in every competitive game. There's no reason to not pick him since he does everything well and fits every team.
