Also why does proc DFT. So many questions. So Riot did you test your mechanics before putting them in the game? Or did you do the usually ignore the PBE?

Azir's Soldiers proc Rylai's slow, Liandry's burn and spell vamp.

Why wouldn't they apply Deathfire Touch?

For the most part, from what I've seen of course, Riot's main purpose for having the PBE is usually just for bug testing. Why else would that abomination of a morde rework get through even with all of the negative feedback on the PBE boards?

It isn't to gather feedback on changes it's to show you just how much they can fuck it up before they force it on everyone. Consider PBE a way of gaining an advantage / advance notice of just how fucked you are when they go live. Nobody thought they'd really trash Kassadin's ult to 450 range from 700 but they did, along with a bunch of other nerfs. There are plenty of other dumb examples. I'm rapidly losing any faith I had in Riot to listen to feedback.

Azir's Soldiers are supposed to proc those things. DFT is supposed to be applied by all damage

Azir's Soldiers are caused by spells.

Azir soldiers are coded so they proc spell hit with autoattacks so it's you that should learn to check the wiki before coming here and patronizing.

item 3285 procs rylais and liandries as well as all spell effect. So do all active items that deal damage. I'm not sure why they shouldn't all inflict dft.
