I've loved the looks of Aatrox for years but I've noticed that he's rarely been in a good spot and that he's INCREDIBLY weak still.
Is he promising if you master him or is he basically.. Useless? Would prefer knowing since I don't want to put my teams through hell as well as my self.
(It's disappointing that Riot hasn't given him a good change yet, I find his character design beautiful. Such a waste.)
SirΤeemο1 votesdepends , you wanna feed and cry , or carry and win?
Darth West1 votescarry and win
SirΤeemο1 votesthen don't play aatrox
TheHappyReaperz1 votesHe's actually pretty good. His scalings are good, base stats are nice, and he deals pretty good damage. However, his passive is hard to master, as it takes quite a bit of foresight to have it up when you need it. If you want to spend the time mastering the champ, I'd recommend it, Aatrox is probably at his strongest state since release.

TheHappyReaperz1 votesSince the rework you have better base stats, your Q CD is less, it scales better, your E has a harder slow, it scales better, and your revive now fills your Blood Well, keeps your Blood Price/Blood Thirst stacks, and your passive bonuses are arguably better than what they were.

If you like him, play him. This kind of whiffle waffle is pretty insulting to people who actually play him. Essentially what you're asking for is whether or not he is 'strong' so you don't have to go in, do the work yourself and come to your own conclusion. NO ONE is going to blame you for picking a champion that you intend to do well with but still, don't take him to ranked until you get good with him in blinds or draft pick.
