I'm not saying buffing her damage, something like longer slow duration, or make it a snare, or make it not decaying for hitting the same target with two bolts. These are all reasonable buffs. People on boards are tunnel visioned enough to see nothing but damage.

There needs to be a PSA stickied on this board about why you don't compare two abilities in a vaccum.

Sure take away the CC it gives and you can add the damage. Then the abilities are even.
