Kalista nerfs but Azir nerfs nowhere to be seen?

I just find it funny that after Riot so desperately wanted to make these two viable again, they became pick or ban once again. The weird thing is that both of them are unhealthy for the game, yet Kalista is the only one getting nerfs so far. What gives? Azir, too, should be nerfed because he is still absurdly unfair to play against. Make it happen, Riot.
