Adc Keystones seem so much stronger than every other keystone.

Fervor: 60 Ad for attacking 10 times. (5 second for full build ADC) Approx worth: (2100 Gold) Warlords blood lust: 20% life steal (basically a blood thirster passive) CoC is the only thing that comes close to being equal to these. Lets say you are a tank with 4000 hp, and you are 1 v 1ing 180 + 280 =460
So basically a smaller steraks gauge. In order to make it worth a steraks you have to hard cc 3 people at once. Also it has a 30 second CD where as Fervor and Warlords has no cooldown.

I'm not saying CoC isn't strong because I love it, but ADC masteries just seem so much more impactful.

fervor is complete garbage on almost everyone, warlord's only gives oyu the full lifesteal when you're almost dead and vulnerable to getting finished off

no, you can CC one person in the presence of 3 people and you get a shield that strong. It's not, how many targets you CC, it's how many enemies are near you when you apply the CC.

In theory, an ADC should be blown up in 5 seconds. Also you don't get the 20% life steal unless you are critically low on health.

60 AD at level 17 after 10 autos really isn't overly strong, it used to be up to 112 on hit damage per attack so it's been nerfed for a lot of auto attack reliant champions. And the lifesteal is only 20% when they reach 20% or lower HP so they're basically dead by the time it gets that strong.
