Increase ARAM dodging penalty
4 dodges in a row, make so people can't queue for ARAM for 18 hours if they dodge a game of it.

You ARAM BRONZE LEAGUE™ crytards never snivel on the forums when you get Udyr, then somebody dodges, and RNGesus bestows Sona upon you. Which, if you had any consistency (you dont, BTW -- you just dont expect to get called-out on it), you'd be doing. Which would be even more pointless.

Just ignore the negative nellies. I understand what you're talking about. Never understood why people dodge a mode that is built on getting random champions. Reroll, trade, or play. Not that difficult. It's literaly the point of the mode.
