Can we have "serious"/"for fun" modes for draft pick?

I got restricted from ranked for 40 games because I had an ap talon following me around stealing my creeps after he gave first blood intentionally. I left that game because there were 2 trolls and I couldn't even clear a camp.

Now that I'm serving out my sentence in normals, I always see "chill out it's normals" when my allies go 0/11 because they wanted to try an ap carry as an adc, or try a champion out for the first time in pvp. "It's normals" is not an excuse for trolling and making your other 4 teammates have a miserable, joyless, unwinnable game.

Can we just have a mode where players can test APC Ziggs or Soraka jungle without ruining the experience for 4 other people? I don't mind losing, but I don't have any fun when I realize we can't win 5 minutes into the game.
