Why do Sona's abilities have no sound effects (odyssey)?

Just curious. When I played her yesterday I couldn't hear sound effects when using abilities at all. Is this a bug or intended?

During odyssey? I played her during odyssey and I think that her sound effects were either really quiet or everything else was too damn loud. But I was sticking near my teammates and I didn’t really go out on my own.

Yes during odyssey. Even when I was alone I couldn't hear a thing when I used my abilities.

If you haven't noticed, Odyssey the game mode itself is super quiet barring Yasuo's screams and the special quotes (crew banter at the start and end of every stage, Kayn quotes etc) and maybe a handful of sound effects but for the very most part the mode is eerily quiet, for some very odd reason.

It's not just Sona, it's kinda the mode itself.
