Why was the Botrk nerf for ranged champions reverted again?

Some champs rely on it as it's their only source of damage. had a ton of trouble with wards and many still refuse to go ap just building as a bruiser. hardly builds ap anymore with his ult changed. resorting to a less desirable play style, but still effective. With coming in as with her ad damage doing only 90% on auto's. the attack speed and % damage still keeps her head above water.

Because Vayne and friends would basically be unplayable.
