Serious question. You have this thing that just pops out and starts attacking you, and you can't fight it at all. A lot of champions in this game have little minions that fight alongside them (Elise spiderlings, Yorick ghouls, Malzahar voidlings, Tibbers, etc), but I'm pretty sure all of them can be killed. I don't know who designed this champion, but I'm willing to bet it's CertainlyT, since he seems to design all champs with no counterplay.

It is just an AoE that has a head.

He should be treated as a pet just like every other summon in this game. And don't try to tell me he's not a summon, because he doesn't appear until you use an ability.

No he's not. You don't actually see him until Kindred sends him out with her abilities.

Because he's a particle effect of a rather unusual ability, not a unit in his own right. He occupies no actual space and doesn't block movement.
Also, because if you COULD attack him, it would be an ENORMOUS buff to Jungle Kindred, as Wolf could tank things, while also being a huge nerf to lane Kindred as you could kill a portion of her DPS. It would really mess with her balance.
